What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and whatever you write in the message.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and to discuss whether our service suits your business. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to someone who has asked us to get in touch.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are processed by Netlify, who host this site. Email is handled by Google Workspace. [ADD ANY OTHER PROCESSORS — e.g. your CRM, email tool.] We don't sell your information to anyone.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for [PERIOD — e.g. 24 months] and then deleted, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as we work together and for [PERIOD] afterwards.
