How it works
You've already done the hard part. You walked the job.
Everything below happens between you locking the client's front door and the quote landing in your inbox. There's no form to fill in and nothing to type up at the kitchen table at nine o'clock at night.

Watch it run
One kitchen, walked and quoted.
This is the whole thing, uncut and at normal speed. A walkaround filmed on a phone the way you'd talk a client round it, the clips going up from the van, and the finished spreadsheet coming back on the firm's own letterhead.
The firm in the video is a sample one — Wimbledon Best Builders — so the letterhead and the rates you'll see are theirs, not a template. Yours would carry your own.
Step by step
From site visit to sent quote
You walk the job and talk it through, the same way you always have. The quote comes back written up, priced and ready to send.
Before any of that
We spend two days learning how you price.
None of the five steps above work until the quote sounds like yours. So before you record anything, we sit down with your old quotes and read them properly — your rates, your wording, the caveats you always add.
- 01Fifteen to twenty of your recent quotes, exactly as they went out to clients.
- 02Your day rates, and which trades you keep in-house versus subbing out.
- 03Your terms and conditions, and your payment terms.
- 04Your logo and letterhead, so the quote looks like your quote.
- 05Forty-five minutes on a call to walk through how you price a job.
