Quotes written by you,
without you.
Record the site visit on your phone the way you'd talk a client through it. Pirra turns it into a finished quote — your format, your rates, your wording — and puts it in front of you to check before it goes anywhere.
Built with a London builder over six months. Now taking a small number of firms.
A real quote from a London builder — their colours,
their layout, their wording. Not ours.
How it works
Four steps. Two of them are yours.
Walk the job on your phone
Film it the way you'd explain it to the client. Talk as you go — rooms, condition, what needs doing. Add typed notes if it helps.
Upload it
From the van, from the kitchen table, whenever suits. One page, one button. Works fine on site data.
Check the draft
It comes back split into sections with labour, materials and the scope written out. Change anything that isn't right.
Send it
A spreadsheet on your letterhead, in your layout, with live totals. The same document you'd have written yourself.
What makes it yours
It isn't a generic quote with your name at the top.
Before it writes a single line, it learns how you price. Your day rates, your past jobs, your standard wording, your terms. Two firms quoting the same bathroom get two different quotes, because they would.
Priced off your own history
We build it around your last twenty quotes, so the numbers land where yours land — not on some national average.
Written in your words
The scope reads the way your quotes read, down to the phrases you always use and the caveats you always add.
The maths is the spreadsheet's
Every total is a live formula in the sheet, not a number a computer guessed. Change a figure and it all recalculates.
Nothing sends without you
You see the draft first, every time. Adjust the labour, rewrite a line, delete a section. It's your quote and your name on it.
No new system to learn
No app to install, no training day, no software to migrate to. A web page you open, and a spreadsheet you already know.
It gets sharper as you go
Every quote you correct teaches it something. Six months in it's closer to how you price than it was on day one.
From the first firm to use it
Wowee
Noah, I'm getting extremely excited here mate.
I've done 2 quotes now and it seems to be fucking beautiful.
Let me double check this tomorrow in the office but my goodness it looks like it could work after all.
Nice work let's check and chat tomorrow

Getting set up
What we need from you.
Setting it up properly takes us a couple of days. Almost all of that is us reading your old quotes so it learns how you price. What we need from you is one conversation and a folder of files.
- 01Fifteen to twenty of your recent quotes, exactly as they went out to clients.
- 02Your day rates, and which trades you keep in-house versus subbing out.
- 03Your terms and conditions, and your payment terms.
- 04Your logo and letterhead, so the quote looks like your quote.
- 05Forty-five minutes on a call to walk through how you price a job.
